The Dark Side of Mine!
Pop surrealism artist Emilie de Black came from a graphic design background and became a recent artist creating digital art pieces mixing her skills of photo editing and illustrations. Her lively art style and the use of vibrant colours have made her art unique and away from the ordinary pop surrealism art into the modern art. Nature elements such as flowers and birds have made significant expression on Emilie’s arts; her other collage art pieces often build up from human facial photography, with addition of pop icons and imaginary scenes, to pass her message of hopes, everyday situations and some of her inner thoughts.
Emilie began selling her artworks on social media platforms and Etsy. She is hoping to create bigger and more inspiring pieces in her journey.
This wonderful example of Emilie de Black’s work; The Dark Side of Mine, is an Archival Giclee print on fine art paper.
A word from the Artist:
This is another piece of mind & soul art I’ve made -We all have our own dark thoughts, they exist! Only opening the door to our deepest fears and negative experiences, we can embrace the dark side and start to take control of the unconscious mind!
This version/colourway of Emilie de Black’s ‘The Dark Side of Mine’ is limited to 50 copies.
